- 3/4 cups Lentils
- 1/2 units Potato
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 units Egg

- 1Soak lentils the day before.
- 2Peel and cut potatoes into medium pieces and diced onion
- 3In the pot add a little acaite and onion and saute for 4 minutes (until you see the transparent onion) if you have carrots, and garlic can also add finely chopped.
- 4Add the lentils and cover with boiling water. If drying time will add more water. Add salt
- 5After about 50 minutes, add the potatoes and cook everything for 10 minutes. Once you finished baking a shred everything (can grind in blender)
- 6Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, cut and add to the mashed lentils
