- 1/2 cups Rice
- 1/2 units Onion
- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1 cups Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Soak the beans the night before.
- 2To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 3Cooking the beans in boiling salted water for about 50 mins. Remove the foam. Once ready, away 1/4 of the mixture and grind the mini pimer. Return to the pot add the beans and stir well.
- 4Washing, peeling and chopping diced onion.
- 5In a skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring diced 5-6 mins or until translucent but not brown. Add ground beef and cook until it changes color, about 15 minutes approximately. Once a list, add the tomato sauce and stir well.
- 6Serve on a plate: black beans, rice and bolognese sauce.
