- 400 grams Potato
- 3 units Tomato
- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Pan gratedo
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instrucciones

- 1Peel and chop the tomatoes and leave estilar to throw away some juice.
- 2Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- 3In the hot oil to fry potatoes.
