  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Pan gratedo
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    Peel and chop the tomatoes and leave estilar to throw away some juice.

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
