- 6 units Pasta (cannelloni)
- 200 grams Mushrooms
- 100 grams Ham (leg)
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 cups Low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instrucciones

- 1To make white sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat heat half the butter until melted. Add flour and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the warm milk gradually. Return to heat and cook over medium high heat stirring until it boils and thickens, add salt and nutmeg to taste.
- 2In a saucepan melt the remaining butter and put it together with olive oil. When hot, sear the previously grated onion for 5 minutes and then add the chopped mushrooms and chopped ham. Follow gilding for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and add half of the grated cheese. Season well with salt and pepper.
- 3Prepare pasta according to the package instructions.
- 4Fill each cannelloni with a tablespoon of mixture or more if it fits.
- 5Preheat oven 10 minutes.
- 6Enmantequillar a baking dish.
- 7Put the cannelloni one to the other side and cover with hot white sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bring to a hot oven for 15 minutes.
