- 1500 grams Spinach
- 3 units Egg
- 3 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 cups Olive oil
- 1 cups Oats
Instrucciones
4 pasos
- 1Wash the spinach and get the stems. Cook in hot water for 5 minutes, stirring. Let drain (press well to leave the water). Chop and set aside.
- 2In a bowl add the spinach, 3/4 eggs, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 of the pre-ground oats and salt and pepper. Mix by hand and make balls of the desired size and tighten to take shape. Roll in the remaining beaten egg and then the rest of oatmeal.
- 3In a skillet add oil and cook on both sides until they are golden brown.
- 4Serve 2 per person.
