- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 units Scallion
- 1 cups Milk cream
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 100 grams Buttery cheese
- 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
- 100 grams Ham (leg)
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 grams Pasta (farfalle)
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan heat half the butter over medium heat and cook the finely chopped onions 3 minutes, stirring frequently until softened. Add the cream, milk, grated cheese buttery, half of the Parmesan cheese, ham, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- 2Cook over medium heat until the sauce boil, reduce heat and continue cooking uncovered low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce espese.Reservar heat.
- 3Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 4Strain the pasta and return to pot. Add reserved sauce and mix. Add more milk if necessary.
- 5Enmantequillar a source or individual pans oven. Put the pasta mixture and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Oven cooking medium temperature to heat and brown.
- 6Serve immediately.
