  • 1 units Scallion
  • 1 cups Milk cream
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 100 grams Buttery cheese
  • 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
  • 100 grams Ham (leg)
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 200 grams Pasta (farfalle)

    Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan heat half the butter over medium heat and cook the finely chopped onions 3 minutes, stirring frequently until softened. Add the cream, milk, grated cheese buttery, half of the Parmesan cheese, ham, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

    Cook over medium heat until the sauce boil, reduce heat and continue cooking uncovered low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce espese.Reservar heat.

    Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.

    Strain the pasta and return to pot. Add reserved sauce and mix. Add more milk if necessary.

    Enmantequillar a source or individual pans oven. Put the pasta mixture and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Oven cooking medium temperature to heat and brown.

    Serve immediately.
