  • 300 grams Cerdo (plateada)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp White wine tetra
  • 1/2 units Lemon
  • 1/2 units Orange
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 units Scallion
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Rice
  • 1/4 cups Angel hair
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    For Arabic rice: for every cup of rice, 0.5 cups of noodles and 2 cups of water are added.

    Pour the sunflower oil in a pot and fry the angel hair about 2 to 3 min. Add rice and fry for 1 more minute.

    Add the water, salt and simmer with roaster for 20 minutes. Once you turn off the heat, let stand 5 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add pepper and toasting 2 min. Remove and cool.

    Put the silver in a baking dish and cook 30-40 minutes or until the meat is golden blves. If you dry during cooking, add a little water.

    Remove, cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

    Serve accompanied by Arabic rice.
