Silver pork with mashed potatoes



  • 750 grams Cerdo (plateada)
  • 2 you tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 you tablespoons White wine tetra
  • 1/2 units Lemon
  • 1/2 units Orange
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 1 units Scallion
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2.5 units Potato
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 you tablespoons Butter

    For the puree: Wash and peel the potatoes. Put in a pot to cook the potatoes in boiling salted water (20 to 30 mins). When these already are cooked (soft), estilar and grinding to form a puree. Add butter and stir until smooth. Incorporating milk to achieve the desired consistency.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add pepper and toasting 2 min. Remove and cool.

    In a mortar put the roasted pepper with salt, chives and oregano. Crush to a paste.

    Remove the paste mortar and put in a bowl. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, wine and olive oil.

    Put the silver pig inside a plastic bag. Add the prepared mixture, close the bag and embetunar the meat on all sides. Put in a bowl and let stand in refrigerator 3-4 hours.

    Preheat oven to medium temperature.

    Put the silver in a baking dish and cook 30-40 minutes or until the meat is golden blves. If you dry during cooking, add a little water.

    Remove, cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

    Serve accompanied by mashed.
