  • 200 grams Pasta (spirals)
  • 10 units Fresh asparagus
  • 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jars Canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

    Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.

    To cook the asparagus, add them to a pot with cold water and salt to taste. Once boiling, cooking for 3 to 6 minutes depending on the thickness (a thicker, longer cooking time). Once ready remove from the heat, strain and put under running cold water to prevent further cooking. Let cool.

    Drain the tuna and set aside.

    Wash cherry tomatoes and split them into halves.

    Assemble the Taper: serve spirals, tuna, asparagus and tomato

    Put olive oil and salt for seasoning bottles.
