- 200 grams Pasta (spirals)
- 10 units Fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 1 jars Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones
6 pasos
- 1Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 2To cook the asparagus, add them to a pot with cold water and salt to taste. Once boiling, cooking for 3 to 6 minutes depending on the thickness (a thicker, longer cooking time). Once ready remove from the heat, strain and put under running cold water to prevent further cooking. Let cool.
- 3Drain the tuna and set aside.
- 4Wash cherry tomatoes and split them into halves.
- 5Assemble the Taper: serve spirals, tuna, asparagus and tomato
- 6Put olive oil and salt for seasoning bottles.
