  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 1 units Zucchini
  • 1 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 cups Milk cream
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.

    Saute mushrooms without oil, salt and pepper. When they are tender, add the cream and heat.

    Wash and cut the zucchini into slices.

    Wash and cut the pepper into strips.

    Skip zucchini and paprika in olive oil.

    Arm the Taper: serving quinoa, mushrooms and sauteed vegetables.
