- 3/4 cups Rice
- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1/2 units Zucchini
- 1 units Carrot
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 cups Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2Finely chop the onion fine. Wash and cut into small cubes the zucchini and carrot.
- 3Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan to blast medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook 3 minutes, add ground salt and pepper and cook meat 5-7 mins, or until the meat changes color.
- 4Add the zucchini and zanagoria and heat over 3 mins.
- 5Assemble the Taper: serve rice, ground beef and cilantro.
