- 1 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1 cups Black beans (canned)
- 1/2 units Purple Onion
- 1 units Avocado
- 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1 cups Spinach
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 2Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.
- 3Peel and avocados. Cut into cubes.
- 4Wash cherry tomatoes. Chop into halves or cubes.
- 5Drain the black beans.
- 6Washing, peeling and chopping the fine onion.
- 7Wash the greens.
- 8Mix the hailstones with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Add the avocado to the end and stir gently so as not to grind.
- 9Arm the Taper: hailstones serve, mix greens and boiled egg.
- 10Put olive oil and salt for seasoning bottles.
