  • 1 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 1 cups Black beans (canned)
  • 1/2 units Purple Onion
  • 1 units Avocado
  • 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 units Lettuce
  • 1 cups Spinach
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Sal
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.

    Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.

    Peel and avocados. Cut into cubes.

    Wash cherry tomatoes. Chop into halves or cubes.

    Drain the black beans.

    Washing, peeling and chopping the fine onion.

    Wash the greens.

    Mix the hailstones with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Add the avocado to the end and stir gently so as not to grind.
