  • 1 cups Chickpeas (canned)
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/2 units Pepino
  • 1/2 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 cups Coriander
  • 1/2 units Purple Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Drain the chickpeas.

    Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.
