- 1 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 units Pepino
- 1/2 units Red pepper
- 1/2 cups Coriander
- 1/2 units Purple Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.
- 2Drain the chickpeas.
- 3Make boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). A ready time, allow to cool under running cold water, peel and split them into halves.
- 4Wash cucumbers and slice.
- 5Wash paprika and cut finite.
- 6Wash the cilantro and chop fine.
- 7Wash, peel and cut the onion fine.
- 8Mix the quinoa with cucumber, red pepper, cilantro and onion.
