  • 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
  • 1/4 units Broccoli
  • 1 units Avocado
  • 1/4 units Lettuce
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Sal
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    To prepare rice: in a pot, add sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.

    To cook broccoli: boil water. Once boiled, take to cook broccoli with salt, approximately 10 minutes.

    Wash the greens.

    Drain the chickpeas.

    Peel and avocados.

    Assemble the Taper: serving rice, chickpeas, 1/2 avocado per person, broccoli and green leaves.

    Put lemon, olive oil and salt for seasoning bottles.
