- 1/2 cups Rice
- 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 1/4 units Broccoli
- 1 units Avocado
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 units Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2To cook broccoli: boil water. Once boiled, take to cook broccoli with salt, approximately 10 minutes.
- 3Wash the greens.
- 4Drain the chickpeas.
- 5Peel and avocados.
- 6Assemble the Taper: serving rice, chickpeas, 1/2 avocado per person, broccoli and green leaves.
- 7Put lemon, olive oil and salt for seasoning bottles.
