- 500 grams Prawns
- 1.5 units Avocado
- 1 units Zucchini
- 3 units Lemon
- 1 bit Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Scallion
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Cook shrimp in a pot with boiling water for 2 minutes until they brown. Estilar well and set aside.
- 2Wash, peel, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces courgettes.
- 3Peel and chop the diced avocado.
- 4Finely chop the scallions.
- 5Place shrimp in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir to incorporate the flavors.
- 6Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside.
- 7To serve.
