  • 1.5 units Avocado
  • 1 units Zucchini
  • 3 units Lemon
  • 1 bit Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Scallion
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    Cook shrimp in a pot with boiling water for 2 minutes until they brown. Estilar well and set aside.

    Wash, peel, remove the seeds and chop into small pieces courgettes.

    Peel and chop the diced avocado.

    Finely chop the scallions.

    Place shrimp in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir to incorporate the flavors.

    Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside.
