- 1/2 cups Wholemeal
- 1/2 cups Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 units Tomato
- 1 units Avocado
- 1/4 units Lettuce

- 1Grind oats until a flour.
- 2Mixing flour, baking powder, salt and olive oil and 1/2 cup of warm water for every 1 cup whole wheat flour in a bowl. Integrate well.
- 3It should be a dough that does not stick to the work it with your hands. Put some flour on the table and uslerearla very well, it is super important that it is finite.
- 4Circular cut as possible for them. Do 2 wraps per person.
- 5Heat a skillet and go putting the wraps so they cook on one side and another.
- 6Prepare corn according to instructions on the package.
- 7Mix with mayonnaise.
- 8Wash, peel and chop the tomatoes in bucket, grind avocado, wash and chop fine lettuce.
- 9Fill the wraps to taste and enjoy.
