  • 1/2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 units Tomato
  • 1 units Avocado
  • 1/4 units Lettuce

    Grind oats until a flour.

    Mixing flour, baking powder, salt and olive oil and 1/2 cup of warm water for every 1 cup whole wheat flour in a bowl. Integrate well.

    It should be a dough that does not stick to the work it with your hands. Put some flour on the table and uslerearla very well, it is super important that it is finite.

    Circular cut as possible for them. Do 2 wraps per person.

    Heat a skillet and go putting the wraps so they cook on one side and another.

    Prepare corn according to instructions on the package.
