  • 500 grams Chicken (breast)
  • 4 units Carrot
  • 1.5 units Tomato
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Quinoa
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Cut the onion, garlic and tomato cubes. Grate the carrot. Heating a pot or pan and add half of olive oil, pour onion and saute until transparent.

    Add tomatoes and garlic and cook until reduza a little of their juice. Add carrot, stir everything, cover and let cook vegetables. Add salt and pepper, let cool slightly, add the peanut butter and blend.

    Heat another pot or pan and add the remaining olive oil. Then put the cut chicken into cubes and seal it everywhere. Add salt and sauce, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. If a lot is dry, add a little boiling water.
