- 500 milliliters Broth (vegetable)
- 3 units Potato
- 1/2 units Onion
- 3 units Egg
- 3 units Ham (turkey)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Wash and peel the potatoes and keep in cold water. With a sharp knife cut very thin sheets potato. Keep in cold water.
- 2Heat the broth in a microwave. Add the potatoes and cook laminated on full power for 10 minutes or until cooked. Drain the potatoes and dry them with a cloth.
- 3Cut the onion into squares or pen fine. Brown the onion in half of the olive oil, add finely chopped ham and mix.
- 4Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- 5In a bowl onion together with ham, potatoes and eggs, stir well.
- 6Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, add the potato mixture, egg, onion and ham. Cook until browned on bottom. Turn with the help of the lid of the pot and sear again about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 7To serve.
