  • 500 milliliters Broth (vegetable)
  • 3 units Potato
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 3 units Egg
  • 3 units Ham (turkey)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Wash and peel the potatoes and keep in cold water. With a sharp knife cut very thin sheets potato. Keep in cold water.

    Heat the broth in a microwave. Add the potatoes and cook laminated on full power for 10 minutes or until cooked. Drain the potatoes and dry them with a cloth.

    Cut the onion into squares or pen fine. Brown the onion in half of the olive oil, add finely chopped ham and mix.

    Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

    In a bowl onion together with ham, potatoes and eggs, stir well.

    Heat the remaining oil in a skillet, add the potato mixture, egg, onion and ham. Cook until browned on bottom. Turn with the help of the lid of the pot and sear again about 2 to 3 minutes.
