- 1 cups Raisins
- 1/4 cups White vinegar
- 2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 3 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 1 cups Coriander
- 1/2 cups Arugula
- 2 units Scallion
- 1 bit Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 bit Whole nuts
Instrucciones
3 pasos
- 1In a small saucepan mix the raisins, vinegar and sugar. Heat over low heat for a few minutes until sugar dissolves. Remove and cool.
- 2In a bowl put the drained chickpeas, minced cilantro, arugula, thinly sliced scallions, mix of raisins, oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Mixing to incorporate all ingredients.
- 3Sprinkle with chopped toasted walnuts and thick and serve immediately.
