- 300 grams Fish (Pippin)
- 2 units Green pepper
- 3 units Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Boniato
- 1/2 units Whole corn

- 1Prepare pepper paste. In a saucepan place the green pepper, seeded and chopped, and add water. Bring to boil, remove from heat and remove water. Repeat the process three times. Place the pepper in the blender and process to a paste. Reserve.
- 2Boil the sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender.
- 3Cook the corn in boiling water until tender.
- 4Cut the fish into thin slices and place in a bowl or individual plates. Season with lemon juice, chili paste reserved, cilantro and salt. Serve with chunks of cooked potato, peeled and cooked corn.
