  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 1000 grams Turkey (breast)
  • 700 grams Onion
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 20 grams Soy sauce

    Place a bowl on top of the cup and weigh 20 g of oil. Add to the bowl 2 pinches of salt, 2 pinches of pepper, 1 level tablespoon curry and mix well.
