- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1000 grams Turkey (breast)
- 700 grams Onion
- 30 grams Butter
- 20 grams Soy sauce

- 1Place a bowl on top of the cup and weigh 20 g of oil. Add to the bowl 2 pinches of salt, 2 pinches of pepper, 1 level tablespoon curry and mix well.
- 2Spread this mixture turkey breast trying that is well impregnated. Put the brisket in the Varoma container, cover and reserve.
