- 75 grams Quinoa
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1 teeth Garlic
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1 units Egg
- 1/2 cups Pan gratedo
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1 units Tomato
- 1 units Lemon

- 1To prepare quínoa: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam out, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave over low heat 15 mins.
- 2Chopping on cubes onion, garlic, carrot and red pepper.
- 3Sofreir the vegetables until golden and incorporate salt, pepper and oregano. Remove to mix the ingredients.
- 4When the quínoa is ready, drain it and go back by cold water and add to the pan.
- 5Mix everything and turn off the fire. Let cool a bit.
- 6Beat the eggs and incorporate the mixture of quinoa and vegetables.
- 7To give consistency to the mixture, add bread rallado until reaching the desired consistency. Join well. Book at the fridge for a few minutes to improve consistency.
- 8Finally, with wet hands, form the hamburgers and brown them around and return in a pan or oven.
- 9Serve accompanied salads aligned to taste.
