- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 1 units Zucchini
- 1/2 units Eggplants
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1 cups Arvejas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Wash and cut courgettes and sliced eggplants (aubergines not thick but not mandolin type, put them in a colander and sprinkle with salt Let stand 10 minutes, then washed and dried with towel nova.).
- 2Clean the mushrooms and tomato peel and cut into cubes.
- 3Cook the peas.
- 4Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 5Saute vegetables in olive oil.
