- 1/2 cups Rice
- 1/4 cups Angel hair
- 1.5 cups Black beans (canned)
- 1/2 cups Chickpea flour
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 1/4 cups Spinach
- 1/4 cups Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Orégano seco
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instrucciones

- 1For Arabic rice: for every cup of rice, 0.5 cups of noodles and 2 cups of water are added.
- 2Pour the sunflower oil in a pot and fry the angel hair about 2 to 3 min. Add rice and fry for 1 more minute.
- 3Add the water, salt and simmer with roaster for 20 minutes. Once you turn off the heat, let stand 5 minutes.
- 4Drain the white beans and rinse. Book a little water.
- 5Once estilados, process until a paste, hopefully chip (if necessary can put 1 tablespoon water of white beans per 3 cups white beans).
- 6Incorporate the pasta and vegetables small mushrooms chopped, tahini, and seasonings to taste.
- 7Add half the chickpea flour and mix with spatula.
- 8Hands to the desired shape and go through the rest of chickpea flour.
- 9Hot pan seal by either side, squashing them if you want them thinner.
- 10Serve with rice Arabic.
