- 1/2 cups Quinoa
- 1.5 cups Black beans (canned)
- 1/2 cups Chickpea flour
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 1/4 cups Spinach
- 1/4 cups Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.
- 2Drain the white beans and rinse. Book a little water.
- 3Once estilados, process until a paste, hopefully chip (if necessary can put 1 tablespoon water of white beans per 3 cups white beans).
- 4Incorporate the pasta and vegetables small mushrooms chopped, tahini, and seasonings to taste.
- 5Add half the chickpea flour and mix with spatula.
- 6Hands to the desired shape and go through the rest of chickpea flour.
- 7Hot pan seal by either side, squashing them if you want them thinner.
- 8Serve with quinoa.
