  • 1/2 cups Quinoa
  • 1.5 cups Black beans (canned)
  • 1/2 cups Chickpea flour
  • 100 grams Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cups Spinach
  • 1/4 cups Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Drain the white beans and rinse. Book a little water.

    Once estilados, process until a paste, hopefully chip (if necessary can put 1 tablespoon water of white beans per 3 cups white beans).
