- 110 grams Cream cheese
- 4 units Ham (turkey)
- 2 units Avocado
- 2 units Lemon
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 cups Arugula
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones
6 pasos
- 1Wash greens and mix in a bowl. Seasoning to taste with salt, oil and lemon.
- 2In a bowl put the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
- 3In a bowl put the chopped avocados and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 4On a smooth surface have blades on plastic ham paper towels. Lightly mustard. Then distribute the cream cheese.
- 5Over cream cheese distribute avocados. Roll up each slice of ham with the help of plastic wrap. Tighten and seal the edges. Place on a plate or tray and refrigerate 30 minutes or until rolls are affirmed.
- 6Remove from the refrigerator and remove plastic wrap. Cut into pieces and serve with green salad plentiful.
