  • 450 grams Natural yogurt
  • 225 grams Milk cream
  • 45 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla
  • 300 grams Raspberry
  • 4.5 tbsp Honey
  • 525 grams Low-fat milk

    Add 450 g of yogurt, 225 g cream, 45 g sugar and mix 30 sec / vel 4, until smooth in the glass. Pour onto a cubetera and freeze at least 3 hours.

    Put in the glass raspberries, honey and grind 20 sec / vel 8. Pour into a bowl.

    Put in the glass of 100 g raspberry puree and milk ice cubes and mix 2 min / vel 07/06/10.

    Distribute the raspberry puree in 4 cups, add ice and serve.
