  • 250 grams Pork (tenderloin)
  • 1/4 cups Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 cups Cous cous
  • 1 bit Whole nuts
  • 15 grams Coriander
  • 1/4 units Green apple
  • 1/4 units Lemon
  • 1/4 units Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    Prepare your ingredients: remove pepitas from tomato and cut into small cubes;Cut apple, with skin, in small cubes, spray with lemon juice to prevent oxidation and reserve;chop nuts and cilantro;Put the tenderloin at a furnace source, overflow it with mustard and honey, let it rest 4 hours (ideally).

    Preheat the oven and cook the tenderloin over medium heat for 40-50 mins.

    Prepare the Cous Cous according to the container instructions.

    Once ready, incorporate tomato, apple, nuts and cilantro to Cous Cous, and overwhelm with salt and oil at ease.

    Serve accompanied by Cous Cous.
