- 250 grams Pork (tenderloin)
- 1/4 cups Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3/4 cups Cous cous
- 1 bit Whole nuts
- 15 grams Coriander
- 1/4 units Green apple
- 1/4 units Lemon
- 1/4 units Tomato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Prepare your ingredients: remove pepitas from tomato and cut into small cubes;Cut apple, with skin, in small cubes, spray with lemon juice to prevent oxidation and reserve;chop nuts and cilantro;Put the tenderloin at a furnace source, overflow it with mustard and honey, let it rest 4 hours (ideally).
- 2Preheat the oven and cook the tenderloin over medium heat for 40-50 mins.
- 3Prepare the Cous Cous according to the container instructions.
- 4Once ready, incorporate tomato, apple, nuts and cilantro to Cous Cous, and overwhelm with salt and oil at ease.
- 5Serve accompanied by Cous Cous.
