- 1Wash the courgettes without peeling them, cut them in half.
- 2Put in the Varoma with shell downwards. Reserve.
- 3Put the cup carrots, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and red pepper and chop 3 sec / vel 5. Lower the remains of the glass with the spatula.
