- 1/2 units Eggplants
- 6 units Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Parsley
- 1/2 units Green pepper
- 1/4 cups Whole nuts
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 1/2 cups Quinoa
Instrucciones
4 pasos
- 1For the perfect stay quínoa: Wash the quinoa in a finite strainer until it froths, put in a saucepan 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, boil over low heat and leave, hopefully with toaster for 15 mins and ready
- 2Wash eggplants and cut into slices about 5 mm saute pan with an olive oil until golden brown on both sides, add salt and pepper, pass to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- 3Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and 1 dash lemon juice if you like and already, ideal to accompany it with quinoa.
