  • 100 grams Pumpkin

  • 1 cups Coconut cream
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cups Parsley

    Boil the beets in boiling water until tender.

    Roast the pumpkin to the oven once ready to grind with fork until pureed.

    Put all ingredients in the juicer and if too thick add a splash more water or coconut milk, heat in a saucepan and serve over I put nuts and parsley and voila!
