- 100 grams Pumpkin
- 1/2 grams Whole nuts
- 1 cups Coconut cream
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cups Parsley

- 1Boil the beets in boiling water until tender.
- 2Roast the pumpkin to the oven once ready to grind with fork until pureed.
- 3Put all ingredients in the juicer and if too thick add a splash more water or coconut milk, heat in a saucepan and serve over I put nuts and parsley and voila!
