  • 50 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Milk cream
  • 1/2 jars Condensed milk
  • 150 grams Almonds
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar

    In a minipymer grind the cookies until they are as polvito. Mix with butter to form a dough and put in a mold with butter paper and which is removable.

    In a bowl, beat the cream put until it hardens. Add the condensed milk and mix with outflanking with a wooden spoon or better with a mean. Put the mixture over the biscuits and carry the refrigerator.

    For almonds: Make a caramel with the sugar in a pan. My technique is not to add water or anything. Nor stir with spoon or something else. Just put the sugar and go moving the pan to form a caramel. Add the chopped almonds and put on a sylpat or can of the lightly oiled oven. A few minutes will get tough.

    Peel and grind.

    Add above the cake. Serve when you take at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
