- 2.5 units Tomato
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 225 grams Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cups Basil

- 1Cut the tomatoes into quarters and sácales the seeds, or it is just meat.
- 2Preheat oven to average temperature and source put the tomatoes sprinkled with oil, salt, some sugar, vinegar and pepper. Leave them for 30 min or until roasted and tender.
- 3Them out and let cool completely.
- 4Short bufala mozzarella. Do not try to cut thin because mozzarella is soft and will disarm.
- 5Fresh cut basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Rechecks the dressing and voila!
- 6Tips: Come immediately because Basil gets dark when cut !!!
