  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 225 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups Basil

    Cut the tomatoes into quarters and sácales the seeds, or it is just meat.

    Preheat oven to average temperature and source put the tomatoes sprinkled with oil, salt, some sugar, vinegar and pepper. Leave them for 30 min or until roasted and tender.

    Them out and let cool completely.

    Short bufala mozzarella. Do not try to cut thin because mozzarella is soft and will disarm.

    Fresh cut basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Rechecks the dressing and voila!

    Tips: Come immediately because Basil gets dark when cut !!!
