- 1 units Egg
- 1/2 cups Pan gratedo
- 100 grams Buttery cheese
- 100 grams Ham (leg)
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil

- 1Wash and cut the eggplant into slices (not too thick but not mandolin type). Put them in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let stand 10 minutes and then wash and dry towel to remove nova moisture.
- 2Take a piece of ham and put into the piece of cheese and make a "roll". Put the roll over eggplant, then put another and make a sort of sandwich. Sandwich passes by the beaten eggs with seasonings and put then in the breadcrumbs.
- 3As I said, I made a few Hono and other chips. In both cases, the bread should look like a scab and enjoy! Melted cheese comes out beautiful and squishy to the cut eggplant ... a sweet milk gods!
