  • 100 grams Flour (no powder)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3/4 cups Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar

    In a pot place boiled water (300 ml for every 200 gr of flour), add the salt, once it boils add the flour.

    Mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and take off from the pot, remove from heat.

    Fill the pastry bag and fry in the oil to cut the churros with the help of a knife in the desired size of each churro.

    Remove from the oil when they are golden color, place on absorbent paper and sprinkle sugar on top.You can also spread in your favorite sauce.
