- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Curry
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cups Coriander
Instrucciones

- 1Leave to soak lentils night.
- 2Rinse the lentils well, saute onion and pepper until golden brown, add the grated, salt, spices and cover with boiling water carrot.
- 3Add the lentils and potatoes diced potato, let it cook for approx 25 mins, it is important that the water covers everything. Finally, add the rice and boiling water if it has dried and depending on how much you like. Wait 20 more mins and ready.
- 4In this part I cut the fire, put my pot and blender to grind a part of the stew for ultra creamy, served with cilantro and voila!
