  • 1/2 cups Arugula
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 6 tsp Apple vinager
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    In a bowl put the feather onion.Pouring water boiling over.Let stand for 3 minutes and styling.Dry very well with absorbent paper (so it will remove the heavy of the onion).

    Combine all the ingredients of the salad on a bowl, minus the avocado: white beans, onion, cherry tomatoes, olives cut in julienne and arugula.Reserve.

    For the dressing Mix all ingredients: olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper on a bowl and stir with wire beater.It can also be done in the juicer (can be preserved refrigerated up to a week).
