  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Schnapps
  • 175 grams Dulce de leche
  • 25 grams Coco gratedo

    Beat the egg yolks until they are white, add the liqueur and continue beating, together with the flour until a soft dough and consistent (sila mass has not joined well, add a little liquor)

    Once the dough has the right consistency, pass the thin roller after extended cut round or square sandwich cookies and prick them a fork repeated times.

    Disposing the cut dough in the tin and bake at medium heat (170 degrees) for 7 minutes before the dough is browned, remove and allow to cool.

    Once the chaff are warm, add sweet milk joining the halves, if you like you can add the sides and top of the fudge a little grated coconut
