- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 tsp Schnapps
- 175 grams Dulce de leche
- 25 grams Coco gratedo

- 1Beat the egg yolks until they are white, add the liqueur and continue beating, together with the flour until a soft dough and consistent (sila mass has not joined well, add a little liquor)
- 2Once the dough has the right consistency, pass the thin roller after extended cut round or square sandwich cookies and prick them a fork repeated times.
- 3Disposing the cut dough in the tin and bake at medium heat (170 degrees) for 7 minutes before the dough is browned, remove and allow to cool.
- 4Once the chaff are warm, add sweet milk joining the halves, if you like you can add the sides and top of the fudge a little grated coconut
