- 375 grams Spinach
- 2 units Egg
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Cover mold for detachable cake with mass "pascualina"
- 2In a pot with boiling water, immerse the spinach sheets for 5 seconds.Still and let cool.Once cold, chop, place in a bowl, add flour and reserve
- 3Beat eggs and skim to taste.Add to spinach, stirring with enveloping movements
- 4Preheat the oven at 180ºC.Bake first the dough, for 5 minutes and take out from the oven
- 5Make hard boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.).Once ready, let cool under the stream of cold water, peel them and split them in halves.
- 6Fill the dough with spinach, and immerse the hard eggs in them.Cover with the other puff pastry stretched and seal the edges.Pre heat the oven and then introduce "pascualina" and cook until the dough is golden and serve
