- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Frozen sofrito
- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 1/4 units Chicken (breast)
- 4 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 250 grams Corn pasta frozen
- 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar
Instrucciones
8 pasos
- 1In a skillet heating the oil and adding the stir. Cook over medium heat until the onion is transparent.
- 2Spice with oregano, salt, pepper and chili pepper. Incorporate the meat and cook medium fire until the meat slightly brown.
- 3Add 1/2 cup of water and cook 5 mins or until the meat is soft
- 4At the same time, a pot cook the chicken in water with salt.
- 5Make the eggs hard (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.). Once ready, let cool under the stream of cold water, peel them and split them in halves.
- 6Distribute meat pine, olives, egg and chicken in individual pails
- 7Prepare corn paste according to container instructions.
- 8Fill the pains with the corn paste and sprinkle with sugar. Heat in the oven at average temperature to brown. Serve hot.
