- 200 grams Frozen beans
- 25 grams Ham (leg)
- 2 units Potato
- 1/2 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Peel and cook the beans (put in a pot with boiling water and salt. Leave 10-15 mins to be soften).Once ready, drain and reserve.
- 2Peel the onion, picathe it pen and fry until it is brown.
- 3Add to the pan the beans, the chopped ham and the cooking continues 5 mins.
- 4Peel, wash and laminate the potatoes.Salarlas and fry them in abundant oil until tender.Take them out of the pan and drain, to release all the excess oil.
- 5Beat the eggs, mix with the potatoes, the sautéed of beans and put everything to comfort in a teflon pan with an oil background.Turn the tortilla around and let it be done on the other side.
- 6To serve.
