- 2 units Pork (tenderloin)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Sage
- 1 bit Orange marmalade
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1 cups Spanish lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Heat a skillet over high heat
- 2Paint the pork steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 3Place the fillets with sage leaves in the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until well browned
- 4Add the jam to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes per side, or until the degree of cooking at home
- 5Prepare vinaigrette mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.
- 6Serve with salads seasoned to taste.
