  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Sage
  • 1 bit Orange marmalade
  • 1 cups Spinach
  • 1 cups Spanish lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Heat a skillet over high heat

    Paint the pork steaks with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

    Place the fillets with sage leaves in the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until well browned

    Add the jam to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes per side, or until the degree of cooking at home

    Prepare vinaigrette mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.

    Serve with salads seasoned to taste.
