  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare the ingredients: separate the whites from the yolks (in this preparation will use only the yolk, you can save the clear for another preparation); chopping one fifth of bacon; wash, peel and chop fine the onion and carrot; Wash, peel and crush garlic; wash and chop fine cilantro and parsley; crumble the goat cheese; Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into slices; Wash the lettuce leaves; Remove the meat olives.
