- 0.38 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Prepare the ingredients: separate the whites from the yolks (in this preparation will use only the yolk, you can save the clear for another preparation); chopping one fifth of bacon; wash, peel and chop fine the onion and carrot; Wash, peel and crush garlic; wash and chop fine cilantro and parsley; crumble the goat cheese; Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into slices; Wash the lettuce leaves; Remove the meat olives.
- 2For hamburgers: put half the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the onion, carrot, garlic and oregano until a sofrito.
- 3In a bowl, mix the sauce cooked with meat, egg yolk, chopped bacon, cilantro, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Armar balls the size of a lemon. Crushing and cooking in a frying pan with the remaining olive oil.
- 5For herb mayonnaise: Mix mayonnaise with thyme, oregano, rosemary and parsley. Grind all ingredients in a mini pimer.
- 6For assembling the burger: mount freshly cooked hamburgers on a pan and add a layer of bacon each, crumbled goat cheese, tomato, lettuce, olives and mayonnaise.
