  • 1/2 cups Pumpkin
  • 1 units Potato
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/4 cups Arvejas
  • 0.38 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/4 cups Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Chilean pepper paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
Instrucciones

    Peel and cut the onion very thin.

    Wash and cut the red pepper into small cubes.
  3. 3
    Wash, peel and cut into uniform cubes potatoes, carrots and squash.

    Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and fry. Add the paprika, red pepper and stir.

    Add potatoes, pumpkin and carrot. Add cold water to cover the preparation and cooking for 20 mins or until soft.

    Cook the peas and corn in a pot of boiling water with a pinch of sea salt.

    Add the peas and corn to the charquicán and serve.
