- 1/2 cups Pumpkin
- 1 units Potato
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 cups Arvejas
- 0.38 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/4 cups Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Chilean pepper paste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
Instrucciones
8 pasos
- 1Peel and cut the onion very thin.
- 2Wash and cut the red pepper into small cubes.
- 3Wash, peel and cut into uniform cubes potatoes, carrots and squash.
- 4Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and fry. Add the paprika, red pepper and stir.
- 5Add potatoes, pumpkin and carrot. Add cold water to cover the preparation and cooking for 20 mins or until soft.
- 6Cook the peas and corn in a pot of boiling water with a pinch of sea salt.
- 7Add the peas and corn to the charquicán and serve.
