- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cups White beans
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 2 units Egg

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Soak the white beans the previous day; Eliminate soaking water; Chop fine onion.
- 2In a pot with abundant hot water, cook white beans for 50 mins, until they are soft.
- 3Apart, in a pot, heating oil over medium heat, and sauté onion. Cook 10 mins or until transparent soft.
- 4Add white beans and mix. Salpiment, and then crush the mixture with a deck to thick grind.
- 5Add butter and milk, always stirring, until you get the desired consistency.
- 6Once ready, in a pan with oil fry the eggs, arrange over the puree and serve.
- 7* Suggestion: For the fried egg, instead of oil, place a little water, let it boil and add the egg.
