- 1/2 units Potato
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 100 grams Pumpkin
- 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1/2 cups Jewish
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 cups Rice
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 cups Coriander
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Chicking all small, sauté onion and garlic in a jet of olive oil, add potatoes, carrot and pumpkin, cover with boiling water until it covers everything and add salt and the Herbs.
- 2Leave 10 mins, add now the rest of the ingredients including rice, put more boiling water to taste, depending on whether you want it more liquid or thick, check the salt, pepper and Herbs and leave covered over low heat for 20 mins.
- 33 mins before serving, put the eggs, without moving so that they remain "poached", serve, cilantro cool above and ready!
