- 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 units Zucchini
- 1/4 units Carrot
- 1/4 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Merkén
- 1 bit Tomato sauce
- 1/2 units Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones
4 pasos
- 1Drain the chickpeas and rinse.Put them in a pot and heat.
- 2Meanwhile, in a frying frying pan sauté onion paprika, garlic, carrot and tomatoes in cubes.Let cook for 5 minutes.
- 3Then pour on the chickpeas.Low down heat.Add cubes in cubes, merrow and tomato sauce.Let cook until the vegetables are ready, between 10 to 15 minutes, always attentive.
- 4Finally, add olive oil and salpiment at ease.
