  • 1 units Tomato
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/4 units Zucchini
  • 1/4 units Carrot
  • 1/4 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Merkén
  • 1 bit Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 units Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

    Drain the chickpeas and rinse.Put them in a pot and heat.

    Meanwhile, in a frying frying pan sauté onion paprika, garlic, carrot and tomatoes in cubes.Let cook for 5 minutes.
