  • 250 milliliters Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 60 grams Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Wash broccoli under running water to remove possible impurities.

    Cut into 3 or 4 pieces (large) and cover with water in a pot. Pour the salt and cook for about 15 mins, until we can stick a knife and that this in and out without difficulty.

    While cooking, prepare the bechamel. Put the butter in another saucepan and heat over low heat. Then add the flour and let cook 3 minutes to remove the raw taste.
