- 1/2 units Broccoli
- 250 milliliters Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 60 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Wash broccoli under running water to remove possible impurities.
- 2Cut into 3 or 4 pieces (large) and cover with water in a pot. Pour the salt and cook for about 15 mins, until we can stick a knife and that this in and out without difficulty.
- 3While cooking, prepare the bechamel. Put the butter in another saucepan and heat over low heat. Then add the flour and let cook 3 minutes to remove the raw taste.
- 4Then add the hot milk slowly and stir. Ie take a batch and stir until it has been integrated. With 4 or 5 batches, will suffice. It will be a rather liquid sauce. Salpimentar and cook 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- 5Made the previous two steps, and cut broccoli into smaller pieces, about 3 fingers in size. Place the pieces on a baking sheet or in individual pots.
- 6Above put the bechamel broccoli. Then the grated cheese and carry oven over medium heat. Then turn on the grill for about 5 mins until melted.
- 7Look carefully check the size of the font to use.
