  • 1/4 tsp Sal gruesa rosada del himalaya
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2.5 units Potato
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 grams Milk cream

    To prepare golden potatoes: wash and peel the potatoes.Cook them in boiling water with salt at ease for about 10 minutes approx.Then take out the potatoes from the water and cut into slices along.In a frying pan, add the olive oil and brown on both sides.

    Wash the chard.Boil water.Once boiled, turn to cook the surf surf, about 5 to 10 mins approximately.Drain, go back to the pot and add the cream.Add pepper to taste.

    Serve accompanied by golden potatoes.
