  • 1 units Tomato
  • 1/2 cups Quinoa
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 units Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    Prepare your ingredients: Wash the paprika and cut with a knife the upper part to leave it hollow.Get very carefully out of the nuggets and wash them to remove what is left.Wash and chop the cilantro.Wash, peel and chop the tomato in very thin cubes, keeping the juice.

    To prepare quínoa: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam out, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave over low heat 15 mins.
